Job Description :
Good understanding of RFP and RFI in the BPO sector.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Communicate with new clients/leads by making calls to generate interest in our services.

Strategize effectively to create new customers.

Desired Profile:
Understand the requirements of the customer and map it to the available services of the organization or to the expertise and skills within the organization. Complete understanding of the customer segment for BPO requirement.

Should be a team player.

Minimum Experience: 3 years
