I joined G4C two months back. When I joined this company there were 2 things I checked and that was (i) The Stability (ii) Company stake holders. Go 4 Customer is the second largest BPO in Rajasthan and even in present scenario where in major companies are asking employees to leave or putting them on the bench.
G4C is on her way to ramp-up with centers in Jaipur and NCR. This proves the capability of leaders and Managers we have, who sow the seed and now this organization is turned into a full fledged tree.
I have joined the Quality Team for one of the major process. I make sure I’m honest with my job and try to improve the quality by using positive feedback practice and sharing the best practice among the agents and encouring them to deliver the best results.
Greatest strength I observed and the best practice company follow is to make goals and achieve them with proper planning and motivation may be Friday Olympics or a new project. This is all possible because of experienced leaders, theire guidance and their sprite of team bonding.
I am sure with regular guidance from my boss and my efforts to deliver the best results, with overall guidance from our senior managers I’ll be continuing my way of successful and stable career in G4C and I truly believe G4C will be celebrating her success as a major BPO & IT service provider in entire region with number of employment opportunities for the people of Rajasthan.
