Description :
Handling a team of 10-15 customer care executives for an UK/US inbound process. Implementing measures for team improvement. Good analytical ability. Evaluating performance & quality of ongoing process. Open to night shifts.
Desired Profile:
Should have a min of 1 year exp. as a TL in an International Call Centre. Excellent communication skills. Exp. in UK/US inbound process would be preferred. Ability to operate under stress, comfortable working in 24X7 environment.
