Managing a team of Telemarketing Executives for a Sales (Outbound) process, Implementing measures for team improvement, Mentoring the new & junior members in team, Assisting in the development of feedback mechanism, in order to improve service quality

Desired Profile:

Excellent comm, capabilities in Selling.Flair to Sell, customer & client relationship skills, convincing power, leadership qualities, comfortable working in 24X7 environment. Candidates having 1 year experience as a TL in UK/US would be preferred.
