Conduct Refreshers
Create Training Reports
Call Monitoring and Floor Support
MUST BE OPEN TO WORK IN NIGHT SHIFTS.
Desired Profile:
At least 1 to 2 years BPO experience
At least 6 months of experience in Training VANC & Soft Skills
