Analog is the process of taking video or audio signal and translating it into electronic pulses. Analog phone system is capable of managing any types of inbound and outbound phone campaigns virtually. Analog method is a traditional telephone technology that converts air vibrations into an analogous electrical frequency. It has theoretically infinite resolution with limited size in contrast to the digital signals that have finite resolution.
An unavoidable noise is introduced through analog communication channel wherein noise shows up as "hiss" and intermodulation distortion in audio signals, or "snow" in video signals. The noise is so sharp that there is no sure way to distinguish the noise from signals. It is true that analog signal is subject to electronic noise, unwanted variation, and intermodulation distortion but that can be diminished by shielding, good connections, and several cable types such as coaxial or twisted pair with electrical wiring or cabling.
